- We ship most orders through the Federal Express (Fedex). Shipping costs are dependent upon the total cost of the order. Before clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button, include Special Instructions or Notes to detail your shipping preference for unframed, canvas prints. If you do not indicate your shipping method preference, then we will ship the item using our best professional judgment. Framed Artwork usually leaves warehouse 2-3 weeks. Please allow 20-25 business days to receive your in-stock item(s).

Damaged During Shipment
If your art order is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a shipping mishap. Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt so we can discuss the shipping return policy and the availability of a replacement item. You will then have the option of replacing the item free of charge (if applicable) or having your account credited. If your order is delivered to you with obvious damage or with broken glass, please do not open the package. You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to sender. Please call 770-367-1103 to let us know so we can arrange a replacement shipment, which is dependent upon item availability. If damage to your order is discovered after the package has been opened, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You may call us or fill out our e-mail form and type "Damaged Order" in the Subject.
You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided your order has not shipped. However, we will need to confirm with the individual manufacturer that your order has not shipped. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an e-mail confirming cancellation. Once an order is shipped, the terms of our Returns Policy will take effect.
All drop-shipped or direct-shipped merchandise by the manufacturer or publisher are non-returnable. Refunds are never applicable to secondary market orders or orders for original paintings for which we are a broker, meaning that artists have original paintings on consignment in the gallery. To reiterate, all sales are final for all drop-shipped or direct-shipped merchandise and original paintings where we act as a broker only.
